Day 126

Tonight we spent some time at the park. What a long day! Little one had a friend with her and they'd been stuck in the car for an hour and a half while I navigated traffic and got kids to where they needed to be. As a mom, it's all about the schedules and keeping them, isn't it?

I'm tired.

I also had a fun shoot today. I will be posting them on my photo blog in the next few days when I finish them.

Tonight we are going to watch that movie. Last night you wouldn't believe it. My husband drives our son to his game 45 min away, and as soon as they drive up, it downpours!

Game cancelled.

So we watched who got kicked off of American Idol instead. But, tonight we watch Voyage of the Dawn Treader on the big tv. We are relaxing! Tomorrow the oldest two both have double headers on complete opposite sides of Chicagoland. Aren't we lucky?

This photo was calming to me. Today was all about rushing. I like this photo because it's empty! :) Maybe a little selfish of me, but it was nice.

I love the shot! Sorry your quiet movie night got switched. Our game got called at halftime because of lightening. But we were winning and since it was halftime it is our win!

Very nice. I like the lighting and the color of this photo. Best of luck to both of the double headers and traveling from one end to the other of Chicagoland!

Lovely example of repetition and that turquoise really makes the image special. I love it. Much better empty!

Love this! Such and interesting shot in so many ways. I really like the contrast of the colors and how the black, green and brown play off each other, plus your DOF rocks!

I make my collages on Picnik. If you've never used them, go to http://www.picnik.com/app#/home/welcome and try them for free. The free account only has a few templates for collages, but the $25 year fee gives you access to a bunch more. I've never figured out how to do this in PS, so I find this was simpler for me. There are lots of options with what you can do with the picnik version, so mess around with settings a little and see what you can come up with.
