A walk outside checking on my spring plants budding was just up my alley. Lots of growth! Especially when you've been watching every day, you notice when things start to take a bit of a turn in the right direction. Soon they should be busting open.. I'll add a couple that have showed improvement from last posts.
Day 74
Settings:
ISO 400, f/2.5, ss 1/2000, 50 mm
moss in the backyard
lilac buds starting to show a difference
daffodils getting taller
sedum rosettes
maple tree buds showing signs of wanting to bust open
tulips getting taller, and the tippy tops eaten by bunnies

I absolutely LOVE the DOF on the first one. I love seeing the progress on all of the plants as well!
Beautiful DOF! Love that moss one!!
I just love spring! Everything bursting with life, fresh, hopeful. The DOF on the first is beautiful.
The DOF on the first one is excellent!
Oh, Kara, I LOVE that first picture! The simple colors make it so beautiful, and I think you chose a great aperture for it!
Thank you for your comment on my post a few days ago. You asked what I miss most from the US. Really, what I miss most is having a Walmart or Target to go to where I know I can find just about anything I'm looking for. Oftentimes here I don't know where to go to find certain things. For instance, perhaps you noticed in the picture my MIL had brought icecube trays. That's because after 3 months of looking, I couldn't find any!:)
Love the first one
Kara, that first shot is just fantastic!
Love that first shot!
I love the mixture of old and new. All are beautiful.
I love all your shots, but that first shot is simply stunning. Great color, great composition, and great dof!
