Caramelized Apples over Ice Cream! That's what was on the dessert menu tonight. Super easy, and it looks so gourmet! Gourmet, I am not, but every once in a while I'll make something we don't always have. Since I had NO pictures for today, I snapped off a couple over the ice cream, but that made it too melty mushy, so I went for the pan of apples and got bokeh! OH YEAH! ;) So funny, I can't do it if I try, but every once in a while it will kiss my lens with goodness.

Great bokeh, and your apples look so yummy, I can almost taste them and yes a scoop of vanilla would be fabulous on these.

Oh, this looks so tasty! I absolutely love caramelized apples with ice cream. My kids love caramelized pineapple, it's almost as good.
