Just looking at the photo, it created it's own texture as I was freezing and too lazy to open the window to get a clear shot. It's through the screen, but I like it!
Thank you for all your encouraging notes! You guys truly are sweethearts. I enjoy every word you say, I love hearing your personal stories, and I promise I will get better about getting back to you. We're still warm..we're still alive, only a pinched nerve in my back from all the shoveling yesterday. It's actually quite funny, because what can ya do about it?

Wow! I don't see many of those. Pretty.
The screen really added a cool effect! Excellent!
This is so cool! It added it's own texture, it almost looks more like a sunset, because of the warmth... love it!
Gorgeous, just as suspected! Great job on this one Kara - truly!
That is beautiful!
This is amazing! Love the texture through the screen. If I tried to do that I probably couldn't. We are hoping to see a sunrise in NH sometime soon. Lots of clouds and haze in the AM these days.
The effect from the screen is perfect. Who needs fancy camera filters when you can do this?
Cool texture! Makes me sleepy. :)
This is absolutely stunning!!!
Absolutely gorgeous! I love how the light is blurred by the screen.
WOW!! Absolutely stunning!!
beautiful! I am usually up before sunrise but this winter has been so cloudy and dreary, I've seen very few!
I wanted to take a picture of a sunrise for the first day of my 365 but missed it and still haven't gotten around to it. I bet it was hard getting up but that you're glad now you did it. Nice shot.
You're right - the texture in this photo is very cool!
