We won! Today's game was so much better, although the rain was a continuous mist like someone was spraying you with a spray bottle the entire time. So subtle, yet you get up and are drenched.
I took a ton of photos today, too. I hope my camera turns out okay as I didn't notice how wet everything was getting. Finally, I put it away, and my kid made some amazing plays. Did I capture those? Hm.. sadly, no. I did catch him running in to home. At least I got some. I do love the action shots. I love all the reactions on the faces, it's fun looking back at the photos as everything happens so fast, you still can capture a moment!

Congrats! I'm sure your camera is fine!
So much fun to get action shots - great one!
Fantastic action shot! Congrats on the game. I bet the games are much more exciting when they get older. I have about 50 shots of Cameron in the ready position, lol!
Congrats!! Great capture! Hope you camera is okay from the rain :O)
Great action shot!
Nice action shot.
Yeah! A victory and a victorious shot.
Isn't that the way it is. Can't tell you how many times I put down the camera, caught up in the game, and missed the play. Matt was a late bloomer, so athletics didn't come easy until after he graduated. I have one photo of him coming into home with the whole dugout cheering him on. It's not a very good picture, but it makes me cry every time I see it--to be reminded of how supportive our community is, even to the awkward athletes. Now he's joined the Marines and placed second in a recruiting competition out of 62 recruits last week. God's timing is perfect and he has grown him into a handsome, strong young adult. Love the capture Kara--and love baseball too. Have a great week.
I love these action shots. I hope your camera is OK. I caught some dance action the last couple of days and I still need to post them.
Love this! And yeah, I ALWAYS miss some amazing play as soon as I put the camera away.
Cool shot. I like the sense of movement.
Neither of mine did sports - not had the practice in action shots.
