Winds blowing up to 45 mph today, expecting 18-20 inches of snow by morning, and I'm happily walking around my house finishing off my dining photos.
I wanted these "as seen on tv" Aqua Globes SO bad, got them, they look beautiful, but they don't really work. Anyone else have them? I haven't had a lot of success, only now I like them for decoration. I just pretend like they're working. :)

I've often wondered how well they worked. They sure are decorative, though! That looks like an interesting pot. You'll have to focus on the for the next shot!
LOL! I have always wondered if they worked too. They are pretty.
They are pretty but I don't have any experience with them! I like the perspective of this photo.
Love the blue color! And we're supposed to be getting that snow here too...but so far only sleet around St. Louis.

Awwww, Kara. You're bumming me out! Those were my only hope of keeping my plants alive. I'm sad to read they don't work :(
Really?? They don't work? They make them look so awesome in the commercials! Great shot, I love the perspective.
Oh, even though they don't work, I do really love the light that shines off them! Great job capturing it!!
Haha... too funny! I love that you pretend they work. They are pretty.
At least they're pretty
I love the colors in the globe and the perspective you shot from...and I can't wait to see what room you move on to next!
I love those...want one!
Is it bad that I have no idea what they are?? haha It's beautiful though. :)
It looks really pretty.
They don't work for me either- the tip of it gets clogged with dirt.
But it did make for a beautiful picture!
I've seen these, but never tried them. They do make a pretty decoration though.
Kara, I'm really loving seeing your dining room pictures!
Didn't work for me either but I thought I was doing something wrong... but I do like their color and beauty
